STEM Docent Open House
Do you love STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)? Do you want to inspire youth to love the same? Come learn how at the STEM Docent Open House!
UNH Cooperative Extension STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Docents are educators and volunteers that are dedicated to strengthening youths’ appreciation and understanding of STEM. At the open house, those interested in becoming trained in STEM Docent modules or program directors thinking about requesting a STEM Docent to their facility will learn about the why and the how of the STEM Docent program.
Learn about the specifics of becoming a STEM Docent educator.
Speak with UNHCE staff to see how STEM Docent modules can be incorporated into classrooms or out-of-school-time-programs.
Become familiar with the professional development associated with STEM Docents.
